Now to work with the new workflow a new set of actions are needed. Different workflow actions are provided for the lead as shown below. Important to understand is the implication of each action shown below as it is critical to the workflow.
Simplify360’s latest upgrade introduces an interesting feature like lead analytics. Lead analytics is implemented to have a graphical representation of leads and their states. This way suitable action can be taken to handle a lead.
This new addition of lead analytics gives a detailed analysis as it is divides the data into lead workflow by user, lead trend, lead user distribution, lead stage distribution, lead source distribution and lead salutation distribution.
Under the lead workflow statistics by user it helps in understanding the count of leads in each user name and the state of leads.
Then there is also a way to have the graphical representation of the leads in each user name and the status of the leads. This will give a better view of who got more leads, what state of leads are more in each user name.
The tool now allows users to see leads trend. This will give a chance of assessing on how lead generation is happening across days. This study of trend will help users in understanding, planning and managing future leads.
Leads user distribution is a count of total leads under each user name present in the team. Below graph shows the distribution between two users NagarjunReddy and Alexxmercer. This distribution will help management and team in future work allocation.
Leads stages distribution is all about the count of leads in each lead workflow stage. The distribution can be seen from this below graph. This helps in understanding the progress made with lead management.
Leads distribution based on the salutation of leads are represented in the below graph. This can be used by users to understand about the target customer.
Leads source distribution is important information which any user will want to know. This provides them with the information on which channel to target in future. By identifying a particular channel the users can in future focus there for more leads. In here the leads created from Twitter, Facebook and other sources are shown. This shows which source is getting more leads.
