  • CBRE is not a developer – they are a real estate consultancy. And if you count real estate consultancies, it is Jones Lang Lasalle India which leads the pack. Also, Kolte Patil has only 177 followers on Twitter. If you look at JLL’s account @JLLIndia_Realty, they have 16700 followers in India alone and CBRE has only 785 on their entire Asia account. Where did these numbers come from?

    • @jay we are considering the real estate players not specifically developers or consultancy. Also Followers on Twitter or no. of likes on Facebook alone is not considered. We have taken the mentions of the company/agency/developer for the share of voice

  • Fake Report.

    • That is quite harsh. @varun

  • something is wrong with the report. How come TATA housing doesn’t find a place in top performers?

    • We will consider TATA housing in our next report. Thanks for stopping by @mahinsherashia:disqus
