With social media being the most efficient way of communicating and reaching a large number of people at a single point of time, the security forces around the world have also adopted the same medium. <br \/>Increasing likes, higher engagement rate and multiple shares have also made it evident that they have been grandly welcomed by all to the world of Social Media.<br \/>However, the engagement still has not become a 24\/7 process around the world. Also not every police force accepts the lodge of complaints or emergencies through their social media channels. This has also led to mixed reactions from the audience about the attitude of the police forces.
