With a decent community you will build influencers and brand advocates who will speak your language if you treat them well.<br \/>Sharing content, driving sales, collecting leads and keeping your customers happy is all possible with social media; and the impact is only ever expanding. Working on a well thought strategy and with a strong execution plan you can achieve a lot with social media.
