For instance, some one wrote, &#8220;Hell Yea! I like it!&#8221; on the page. The brand responded unnecessarily. &#8220;We too liked it&#8221; would have been more apt. <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Amazon.com_.png\" alt=\"Amazon.com\" width=\"581\" height=\"270\" \/> This aside, they do send responses after understanding the situation. <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Amazon.com-ca.png\" alt=\"Amazon.com\" width=\"572\" height=\"464\" \/> <strong>Element 3 \u2013 Turnaround Time<\/strong><br \/>On Twitter the turn around time is within the next 20 minutes. The turn around time on Facebook is a little longer though. Their average turn around time in the last one month is 1 hour.<br \/><strong>Element 4 \u2013 Is brand sending personalized replies?<\/strong><br \/>The brand send personalized replies mostly.<br \/><strong>Element 5 \u2013 Is brand following up on the complaints?<\/strong><br \/>They do follow up to complaints<\/p><blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/EdSanganyado\">@edsanganyado<\/a> How long ago was your reply to them, Edmond?
