While interacting with her I realized the \u2018social\u2019 in social media is indeed alive.<br \/>She has been in the role of a Community Manager for more than 5 years, and she stated that \u2018helping people get access to information they cannot get elsewhere\u2019 is what fascinates her the most about this job role.<br \/>She believes the biggest challenge at her work is when \u2018Organizations don\u2019t often understand the potential business impact of successful strategic communities\u2019.
