Amazing shopping experience from the comfort of home is what makes it so popular among the audience.<br \/>Myntra, is one of the largest e-commerce stores for fashion and lifestyle products. Their offerings include in- store product catalogue, Cash on delivery, EMI options, 30 day returns policy etc. Since its inception Myntra has bagged several recognitions such as &#8216;Fashion eRetailer of the Year 2013, Best E-commerce Website for 2012&#8217;, Images Most Admired Retailer of the Year: Non\u2013Store Retail, Best E-commerce Partner of the year 2011-12, etc.<br \/>I thought of taking a look at the social index of Myntra and their customer service.<br \/>Myntra has a good fan base and engagement on their\u00a0social channels. They stay connected to their fans through Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube.<br \/><strong>Take a look at these numbers:<\/strong><br \/><em>Facebook<\/em> (Likes: 2,296K; PTA: 28.1K)<br \/><em>Twitter<\/em> (Followers: 38.3K; Favourites: 2K)<br \/><em>Google+<\/em> (Followers: 333K; Views: 12,152K)<br \/><em>Pinterest<\/em> (Followers: 1724, Likes: 1708)<br \/><em>YouTube<\/em> (Subscribers: 4K)<br \/><em>Instagram<\/em> (Followers: 1827)<br \/>Myntra indeed has a very strong social media presence and connection with its fans.<br \/>Let\u2019s have a look at the various elements and determine how well they fare among their fans.<br \/><strong>Element\u00a01 \u2013 Tone of Messaging<\/strong><br \/>Myntra has a formal tone of communication on Facebook and Twitter.<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/11.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/11.png\" alt=\"1\" width=\"451\" height=\"558\" \/><\/a><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/2.png\" alt=\"2\" width=\"497\" height=\"355\" \/><\/a><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/31.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/31.png\" alt=\"3\" width=\"578\" height=\"459\" \/><\/a><br \/><strong>Element\u00a02 \u2013 Are they sending canned responses, without understanding the context?<\/strong><br \/>Myntra has a very subtle, humanized way of communication with its fans; they address every user with their name and respond to the issue only after understanding it well.<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/4.png\" alt=\"4\" width=\"502\" height=\"135\" \/><\/a><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/5.png\" alt=\"5\" width=\"501\" height=\"211\" \/><\/a><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/6.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/6.png\" alt=\"6\" width=\"492\" height=\"192\" \/><\/a><br \/>The communication strategy on Twitter is more on retweeting customer\u2019s experiences.<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/9.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/simplify360.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/9.png\" alt=\"9\" width=\"583\" height=\"613\" \/><\/a><br \/><strong><strong>Element<\/strong>\u00a03 \u2013 Response Time<\/strong><br \/>Myntra has a good response time of around 60 minutes and a response rate of 96%. The page attracts fair engagement on a daily basis. On Twitter they have a response time of 45 \u00a0minutes.<br \/>This shows that Myntra has a good Social CRM system and they do care about the fan\u2019s perception of their brand and do everything to bring goodwill.<br \/><strong><strong>Element<\/strong>\u00a04 \u2013 Is brand sending personalized replies?<\/strong><br \/>Yes, every interaction is on a personal level by tagging the user.
