You care about what people are saying about \u2018you\u2019.<br \/>\n2. You care about learning what your \u2018competitor\u2019 is doing.<br \/>\n3. You care about what people are talking about in or about \u2018your industry\u2019.<br \/>\n4. You care to know more about what your industry is \u2018doing\u2019.<br \/>\n5. You care about branding and building trust and loyalty by \u2018solving your customer problems\u2019.<br \/>\n6. You care about understanding your \u2018customer\u2019s sentiments and their perception of your brand\u2019.<br \/>\n7. You will be able to identify and resolve a customer complaint more effectively. You can gather feedback from customer and build positive relationships.<br \/>\n<strong>3. Master competitive intelligence<\/strong><br \/>\nIdentify, learn and discover what your competitors are up to, at all times. With Social media listening, you will be up on your toes and keep a check on what your competitors are doing. Discover their online mentions; view their latest product releases and much more.
