We analyzed major retail brands in India and found out that even though these retailers have adopted social media, there is still a lot of it to be utilized and applied. An overall look at the brand buzz reveals that there is a lot of communication happening online but there are not many that are being addressed.
Pantaloons and Shopper’s Stop came out be clear winners in terms of social grades followed by Lifestyle and Marks and Spencer India.
