Though Social Media has been largely associated with popular brands, nonetheless small and medium business also have tremendous opportunity to leverage the power of Social Media.

The difference between the large brands and SMEs is the size of the community and the target audience. Big brands mostly have generic audience and in large scale. The challenge for SMEs is to reach out to their defined community without spending much in their campaigns.
